This company charged $25.36 to my American Express card without my authorization. AmEx has indicated that it will issue a credit. A bit of digging shows that this company's mailing address is a mailbox rental store in Van Nuys, CA. Corporationwiki says that the LLC's agent is Alina Shavernieva. Furthermore, the computer company Softronic, which markets a software product called eTunes, DOES NOT appear to be involved - they're a Spanish company with an office in San Francisco and their website lists full contact information. This looks like a twist on the recent fraudulent iTunes charges scam. I sincerely hope American Express and whatever Federal policing organization that handles wire fraud (the Postal Inspection Service?) get their act together and shut these guys down.
