Timothy Scheffler ripped me off for 161.02 on an Ebay auction on 1-03-04. I sent him a Postal Money Order and he never sent me the Apex DVD Recorder. He sent me an E-mail saying he got the Money Order on 1-16-04.
He has since then will not respond or return any e-mail messages. He was kicked off Ebay for ripping off about 15 other members. He is definitely a Crook
