When problems happen, they just said not their fault and cannot give any refund

Prevent this store. Low quality lens. I purchase prescription spectacles with my present prescription that I finished my another spectacles (also it not a problem), however the problem happened from their low quality procedure and supplies.

They declare that they've 100% guaranty on all items. Nevertheless when issues occur, they simply stated not their problem and can't provide any reimbursement.
