Ripoff

Hello my name is joe. I spent $55.00 to join up with, financial resources unlimited, and they told me that they were going to pay me $10,00 per envelope. So for $55.00 they sent me 60 envelopes. I folded and put the letters in the envelopes and sent them back to the company. I also payed $22.50 for postage, which they said they would reinburse. They said i would get paid in two weeks. Well it has been over two months i have still not been paid. What can i do and how can i do it? Thanks joe
