Did not perform as contracted

After 4 months still had not performed to what contract stated. Gave nothing but internal excuses. Reporting they provided had many holes and basically irrelevant. Poor communication. Always coming back with a new angle to SEO basically asking us to trust them. Have attempted to run monthly charge on company credit card even after our giving them termination for which they acknowledged having received. They responded by coming back with another angle to keep us in their game. Have been non-responsive after they realized we were not going to play their game and we demanded our refund of initial setup fee. Contract states a full refund of their hefty set up charge if not perform. BBB ranks them with an "F" rating. Beware!
