CompuAmerica They buy off ebay and have items drop shipped

Purchased a printer from them. It came in pieces. Literally in pieces. The insides were falling out of the printer. No damage to the shipping box. Called to get an RMA. No answer. Called 5 times a day for 5 days. No answer. Called AMEX to stop charges which they did. Found a phone number on the shipping box and called it. Turned out that CompuAmerica bought the printer off Ebay and had it drop shipped. The guy who sold it said he sold it to CompuAmerica for $300. CompuAMerica charge me $600.

Now when I call all the phones are disconnected. Just get a fast busy signal. Do your homework and search CompuAmerica on Goodle. They have an "F" rating from BBB. There is not one good revies of this company. Stay clear. They are scam artists.
