I went to this site and within seconds a videoplayer started downloading on my compute

I visited this website and within minutes a videoplayer began installing on my pc, I don't understand what happened next. Many of these pop-UPS beginning heading throughout my website and that I may acknowledge I struck the "suckerpunch" image about the display since that film simply exposed in theaters a week ago and that I was interested in what might occur. Used to do not intend on actually viewing the film but I simply wished to observe what might occur easily hit it. I had been so frightened I had been installing anything negative I simply unplugged my Computer. How do you look for infections today? Am I screwed??
