Kevin Kemp I believe is now going by Kevin Kent... Has to be the same guy. I just got ripped - off for an iphone app. I needed developed.
$1,600 was sent fed-ex to him FED Ex to an Orlando Address. He is a typical scam artists... He knows enough about programming and development to make you think he is for real.
His last email to me:
