Wrongful charges

Last month I had been having difficulties with my web no longer working for some times. They mightnot determine the problem online so that they delivered a specialist (3 nights later) to locate to issue. Was thier own outside wiring. Anyways, to calm me along they offered me thirty days of free "Road Runner Turbo" support. Subsequently with this weeks statement they've billed me $9.99 for this "turbo support". I speak ed for them plus they stated I had a need to stop the support before the end-of thirty days. I did so NOT donate to this "turbo support", they offered it in my experience free for thirty days and not stated something about me needing to stop. I have had Timewarner for three years today and am completely UNHAPPY with all thier solutions. I'm NOT spending this cost of $9.99!!!
