Lies and Deception

This company claimed it would get our money back from fraudulent timeshare resellers. They charge 50% of moneys recovered.

They did get money back on our credit card but it actually was only a temporary credit. After a couple of weeks the credit card reversed the credit stating the "contract" that we signed with the fraud company.

Meanwhile ARS has already taken their 50% of that credit. ARS knows that this will happen! They are a fraud!

I would appreciate hearing from anyone who is trying to get or has been able to get their money back from ARS.
