Bad Product Delivery
I had a bad experience with gifts2india delivery. If you runinto a problem, you wont get a resolution. I paid Rs 1095 and ended up getting nothing in return. Twice they delivered sweets that very stale (2 months old, Really), as you can read from email below, they never admitted the problem and ended up with Money and the product.

Don't bother to send the cake. I am not seeking favor here.
Clearly you don't have facts correct. The 2nd box was opened right on the spot when it was delivered in front of the delivery guys. Where was there time for both box to be together.
For me I have learned a lesson for Rs 1095 to not trust you and any online India based delivery service. I repent doing business with you.

Please note that the second time when the sweets were delivered as per our conversation we have checked and delivered the sweets, but then also the recipient had an issue regarding it. No shop can sell sweets which have ants on it and our delivery person had verified and went for delivery. As both boxes were kept together and hence ants from the earlier box went into the second box. As our priority is customer satisfaction then only we are getting the cake delivered.

Please note that as we do not want any of our customers return back dissatisfied, so we went to redeliver the sweets again for you to the recipient. Again the recipient refused to receive the sweets saying that it was of not good quality, actually which was not true. The sweets were sent from a reputed shop and were also fresh. We tried our best so please update us what to do at the earliest.

As per our discussion yesterday regarding the issue, I have personally followed up the matter with the delivery section. We are getting the sweets redelivered tomorrow to the recipient from Bengali Sweet Shop, which is a famous sweet shop in the shipping area. I have instructed them to first check the quality of the sweets and then process for delivery so that you do not have to face the same inconvenience again.
