Email Account Disappeared!

I've been a faithful mail.com person for around 10 years. I've so much info and essential communication preserved within this consideration after which abruptly I'm not able to login. Throughout that period I'm attempting to contact customer support without any reaction and that I recognize the consideration isn't any longer receiving incoming email and anything is jumping back! It requires them 6 times to react to me which is the things they state

Sadly, we can not help you together with your request once we don't possess

Or manage that site or do we all know where you are able to choose help as

We're merely stopping assistance of the site we don’t handle.

May this be for actual? They simply eliminate among their uniqueness (select from thousands) areas oneday and also the entire point simply disappears without any entry or forwarding information!?!? What am I designed to do to get my info!?
