Tech Results is a horrible an unethical company, both in terms of how it participates in illegal activities and the poor quality software it produces. This company has violated federal law and state law several times in the following ways:

Does not pay its employees on the pay date, often times up to one or two weeks late (repeatedly over several years). The CEO Lars makes up lies that he "forgot" or that they are low on money, meanwhile he flies he has several young female secretaries around to feed his ego.

He allows employees to take out 401k deductions on their paychecks, but he does not take this money and put it in the 401k accounts as by law. He pockets it several months until someone notices it, then he will put it in the 401k account (again, all lies of why not), but the employee does not see any earned interest from that time period.

He pays people under the table in cash, like his secretary (people suffered a pay cut but but he paid his secretary cash under the table to make up for it).

The software is extremely faulty. They push products out to the clients knowing they have not been tested or contain severe faults and will charge the customer for the fixes or blame the customers' environment. They have been sued several times!!!

The power has been either turned off, or the power company shows up in person and threatens to turn it off until they pay, even in the height of Las Vegas summer.

The CEO keeps pornographic material in the men's bathroom and has years of rumors regarding infidelity, everyone knows he cheats on his wife.
