Company took my money and did not ship my order. When I called them, they said it was on back order. I asked for a refund and they said in 3-5 business days I'll get it. No money was refunded to me nor has my order arrived.
The status of the order online is "completed", but the item has not shipped nor is there a tracking number. Now they don't answer the phone.
Next step is the BBB, not sure what good that will do.
This company is scam. DO NOT order anything from them.
