Eceived a package in the mail that was from Serif... Never heard of this company or ordered anything. Receipt in the pckage that said Hwd-Green Screen Qty 1 0 total 0
Line two said Esd-Movie Plus X5 ESD qty 1 $79.99 total $79.99. When we called to say we never ordered this item the call goes to UK. They quickly pass you off to someone else and this person will not give you their Name or do anything about they order. Want you to confirm a Credit card with them... Will not give any refund When there Money Back guarantee {eriod stated overleaf. What ever that means which is NOTHING... We did not order this or want this package. It is a rip and a out right thief and scam... Report they LOSERS. They are England Theives.
