Accepted my payment and did not provide service nor respond to my requests for help

I recently purchased the "Gold Membership plan" and other upgrades from Kingdom Classifieds. The option link for "Gold Membership" doesn't work, and it has never worked, I sent three requests for help to their so called customer service. I did not receive any response to my eMails from them whatsoever. They took my payment through PayPal without giving me anything in return.
