I clicked on a link that came on a page that I use often that took me to this website. It explained the process that sounded like any other such site. When I used up my money with nothing to show for it, I tried to contact them by going to their support link and wrote an email and requested a response.

After I got my credit card bill, I finally found a phone number to use. When I called the recording said the only way to reach them was by email. When I used the email address, it took me to a list of websites, none of which was the one I was attempting to contact.

I want my money back! It is NOT a donation!
