Justhost.com claims to be a web hosting provider that has been rated in the top 10 THIS IS NOT TRUE! But then nothing that they guarentee on their sign up page is true!!!
They claim the charges for hosting is only a few dollars a month but when you get your billing statement you find outrageous fees have been taken out.
During the sign up procedure there are so many add-ons they try to trick you into buying and there is prechecked add-ons so if your not careful you are charged for these services that you did not want.
They claim to have 24/7 live support and even provide a 1-800 number. They state that they have only a 3min wait time for phone support and under 20 min response time for email response. Trust and believe Youll be lucky if you get a response at all.
They also guarentee that when they pick up the phone quickly (under 3 min) you will be able to talk to a live english speaking person. The one and only time I was able to talk to a live person before he transferred me to billing via the sales dept. Without hearing my entire problem, I had a hard time understanding the english he was supposed to be fluently speaking because it sounded like most telemarketers or convienance store clerks (No offense meant to anyone just stating facts) Also the alleged live person I web chatted with I would bet my entire life savings was a computer as he did not answer questions or answered ones that werent asked.
I was never able to access the websites I paid for and was not given any support that would bring a resolution to the issue and all I wanted to know is what I needed to do to fix the issue so my websites would function.
Heed this advice and the advice of the many others on usacomplaints.com and help us shut down justhost.com and other internet companies that make their fortune off unsuspecting people and DO NOT UTILIZE THEM 4 ANYTHING OR I GUARENTEE YOU WILL BE ADDING YOUR OWN REPORT ON THIS WEBSITE!!! Please tell everyone you know that justhost.com is a scam! There is no integrity or truth to be found from the time you open their webpage to the time you realize that you were just ripped off!!
