Terrible customer/employee relations - verbally abusive

Was asked to work for Broaden Technologies on a short term basis because he was having "technician problems". Arrived on site and was immediately treated coldly and was discouraged to ask any questions as if he expected to anybody coming in fresh to just know what to do without any direction on business practice.
After 3 hours on site he immediately complained loudly and nastily about how much he was paying me which was closer to wages I had earned in High School and said I was falling sorely behind. Walking in, I was told I had to diagnose and repair all the PC's stacked under his workbench which was close to 30 machines within a 3 hour window. Any PC tech knows that you are at the mercy of PC's that run slow or problems that are elusive.
After being treated like a child, I told him that "I don't need to stay if you have a problem with me". He then told me to go to lunch, which I did. As soon as I left he called the staffing company to complain and I was told not to go back.
After reading that he owes $39,000.00 in back child support I can now see why he is such a nasty person to all those around him.
I would discourage anybody interested in working for Mr. Hurst or Broaden Technologies to seriously reconsider as you will most likely not be treated like an adult and/or human.
