Never sent product and charged me - still no refund either!

I requested an item out of this organization. It never came! They charged my bill however. I've tried calling and contacting to both handles I've. No body actually replies the telephone and emails are useless. I've remaining twelve communications as a whole between mail and telephone. They've a live-chat switch on the site for help however it usually claims "providers aren't presently accessible" no real matter what morning or occasion I examine. This type of person criminals! Don't actually purchase something from their website.
