BF Entertainment Shopping LLC Took my money but never delievered any product

I registered w this company back in June, eventually purchasing $50 worth of bids in July of course once I started bidding so did everyone else, even though watching for a month it was rare to see continue bidding going on, yes it did happen but not often, until I started and of course it was everyone I was bidding on now.

Finally I won a couple of minor items in September. First itemshowed a retail cost of $30.00 then to find out they were charging $15.00 shipping, really. I then noticed all items no matter how small or low the price was, were going to be charged $15.00 shipping minimum. I paid as I thought I had already purchased the bids.

Then of course nothing has been received, NOTHING. I order on line quite often and I have always received any item with in 30 days or less, but not BIDFIGHT. My first inquiry had a reply of oh, don't worry we had some site difficulties and will be going out this week. Next two inquires, nothing no response at all. I am in the process of trying to track their address or phone but of course they have nothing registered for me to file a complaint w BBB or the AG, but I will. They took my money and didn't send me ONE ITEM, not ONE of them.
