Unauthorised renewal charges

Bought Registry Mechanic from their website one year ago for about $30. The product worked. The condition was for 1 year then product would be disabled. I never authorized a repeat subscription. Half way through the year my computer broke so I got a new one. I haven't used the old computer since nor have I visited the Pctools website... Until... 1 year after I bought the product my credit card is charged $49.99. I rang my bank straight away and it was refunded IMMEDIATELYbecause they are well known as frauds
