Completely unacceptable customer service

Brandsdragon/DavisMicro is just a terrible organization. Steer clear!!! I put an order on Dec. 5th. Likely to the united states. Delivery is 7-14 days. 45 days later, I still don't possess the bundle. I've delivered numerous emails, employed the talk feature many times. No body reacts to my emails, and also the talk repetitions merely inform me "I dont understand." They finish the program with no simple solution for me personally. I puchased the transport insurance. Noone has any information about how that works both. Totally inappropriate customer support. Our following range provides me the concept "payment info obtained" After I approached them, understanding it might simply not be upgrading... They recommended me the bundle was never received by davismicro. Worst customer service experience ever!
