Never Shipped Buy It Now Gift Card / Ignored Attempts to Contact Customer Service to Solve the Problem

I purchased a bid pack with Quibids. I won a Itunes gift card and it took 2 months to receive. They claimed they sent it but it was sent back to them, however, I won another item and it was shipped to the same address without any problems. I lost an auction and purchased a $50 Target gift card almost 3 months ago now. Quibids erased that winning auction from my account page.

I have emailed them several times about it, they said it will be in the mail, but I have not received anything. Latley I have been emailing and they are not responding to me. Their company policy is 2 weeks to receive. I think that either they are a scam stealing my money, or they are horribly unorganized and have terribly bad customer service, either way, they are NOT a company I would recommend to ANYONE and hope that they change their policies, or go out of business soon!
