Will not remove mew from mailing lists

I've requested DirectBuy to get rid of me from their email address listings. Nevertheless, the more I request the more messages I get. Only today, I Have gotten 17 messages from DirectBuy. Does anybody understand how I will encourage them to drop me from their handle listings? Or where they're situated and so I may request the BBB to help me.
