Money taken for ipod repair - ipod never returned Scarborough

I paid 36.97 include special delivery costs to have an an engraved ipod classic repaired via the relax service with ipoddoctor batteries on 11 Dec. The Special Delivery mailing was sent to me, with packaging, so I could send my ipod to the company. I had 2 automated updates confirming my order and confirming despatch of the packaging. That is the last I have heard. I have emailed 3 times to ask for an update. I have checked my account which just says the ' current stage ipod reecived'

Testimonials on their web page and on this site claim that service is swift and ipods are returned within 24 hours. Even taking into account Xmas and snow, I have not had the service the company claims to give. Recent testimonials posted during the time frame my ipod has gone missing include those below copied from the website. Clearly they are plants as I have not had this service.
