"City Advantage Plus Warranty" is a BIG rip off

I purchased a Circuit City Advantage Plus warranty for $350 to insure repairs would be made to my $2000 computer should something fail. The salesman spoke glowingly of the insurance.
Three months ago an internal part fell off my floppy driver rendering it useless. Of course I contacted the "City Advantage Plus" people to schedule repairs.
They refuse to fix it stating some rehearsed mumbo jumbo technical terms of the agreement.
The agreement calls for them to fix it and they refuse.
