MyLifeReunion-Search
MyLifeReunion-Search accessed my bank account through PayPal and charged my account $47.85 for an unsolicited "subscription"

Internet & Web

I discovered through my web bank statement that my checking account had been charged by PayPal $47.85 for the first 3 months of my alleged "subscription" to "MyLifeReunion-Search".

Since I had never heard of this organization nor subscribed to its services, I immediately notified my bank of the fraud and subsequently canceled my "subscription" through the web address. I then phoned MyLife... And, with very few questions asked, the representative of MYLife immediately informed me that she would repay the money to PayPal for the restoration of my bank checking account. It seemed as if MyLife was used to routinely dealing with and addressing this kind of complaint. I'll see if the money has, indeed, been restored to my account with my next statement arrives.
