Internet & Web

When I went to the Eastwood Expo Center 12-22-10 to get a new laptop, a man speaking broken english approached me to make the sale. Every computer on the tables said they carried a one or two years warrenty, so I trusted them. I picked out the computer I wanted and he said for another $35.00 or so he would install a card so I could use it ANYWHERE. I said "ANYWHERE"? AND HE SAID, yES "ANYWHERE." He also said he was going to put a couple of anti-virus programs in it for free. (I didn't know this, but I could've gotten one off of the internet for free). When I said o.K. He said I would have to give him 25 minutes to box it up. When I went back to get my computer, he said I would have to charge it for 48 hours, so I did. After charging it for 48 hours, it DOES NOT WORK!!! Also ther is no back on it!!! This computer has got to be 10 or 15 years old! I was supposed to be able to meet with the manager this morning, but of course they are not answering my calls, or calling me back! Hhmmmm what to do???
