This company took my money, confirmed my order, and waited until 3 days before Christmas to "apologize for such short notice but the item I ordered was no longer available". 3 days prior to Christmas! When I tried to get my money refunded I had to make 6 different phone calls and still nothing! They still have my money! If there is any justice in the world, I will convince every person reading this will take heed and avoid Ice.com at all cost. And tell a friend too! Merry Christmas Ice.com, you suck!
