Preplogic
Watch out for $99 trial period - ensure you cancel or you will be sorry

Internet & Web

A Preplogic salesman contacted me last year about a 1 month training package for only $99, this was the "worst decision of my life" and I would advise anyone NOT to take up any training package with Preplogic but to look to other providers.

I contacted the salesman (within this 1 month period) when I received a e-mail about being billed for 10 X $149 per month, he did not verbally tell me that I would be tied into a 2 year training package unless I cancelled and even when I queried this via e-mail he did not state inform me that I would be locked into this training package.in fact quite the opposite he said its OK it is just the system

I also found all the other e-mails from the company very vague about how to cancel, it seems as though they were actively hiding all the relevant information. Not what I consider a company with 12 years experience should do and if you are reading this then you should change you policies and you attitude to your customers. We are not Cash cows nor are we stupid, we just need the relevant information clearly stated when you correspond with us.

I have contacted Preplogic via their on-line ticketing system trying to get this resolved without any success, it seems once they have you they will NOT let go. I have been called by their sales team who wanted to take more money from me to release me from a contract I did not agree to in the first place. Needless to say Once bitten, twice shy I did not agree to this absurd way of dealing with customers.

I did use the software during the 1 month trial and found it to be OK, but in my opinion there are much better and more comprehensive training packages on the market.
