I've been a person of the websites supplier from their starting (two decades).

For That past (6) weeksapproximately, I've not had the opportunity to deliver or answer emails from my mail site.

Today I called "onebox" (phone sciences) declaring my title and my criticism. The client support consultant answered using the anticipated concerns about me and my bill.

Upon spelling my title and current email address -letter-by-letter, gradually and obviously, the Onebox customer support consultant mentioned that she'd no report of my bill.

Having been through similiar nonsense before with this specific organization, many years previous, I required to talk to a boss. Her reaction was: "The boss can't do something that I can not do! I repeated my demand and he or she requested "think about"? I subsequently experimented with confirm that I was talking with the client support division at Onebox.com and he or she established that I had been. I subsequently mentioned that I'm a person of Onebox.com which I desired to talk to a boss. Again she declined my request. Again I required that she..."Please" link me to some supervisr and again she declined to do this. After I repeatedly required to talk to a boss, she disconnected her phone-line.

At this time, I can't deliver or answer e-mails on my compensated, upto-day mail support. I've lost hours of my period in attempting to achieve this. This issue is damaging my company in a number of methods and that I am mad abot it

I had been annoyed from the completely inexperienced and frustrating perspective of the person! At-one stage she really requested me just how much I'm spending Onebox.com for my mail support. Could they repair my issue easily settled them a greater monthly charge?

That Is remenice of prior "bad consumer knowledge" I'd with Onebox.com many years before, while not really as poor, since my issue was ultimately resolved with a Onebox boss.

I will just wish as possible assist me with this particular problem. The notion of needing to alter to a different emailservice supplier is challenging.

Not just could I've to see several countless company customers, suppliers and data companies, clearly I'd have to alter my business-cards and organization paper. Then there is the brand new service charge.

Please verify your bill of the e-mail (my criticism) and of one's abiity/intention to assist me resolove this nightmarish situation.
