The only thing that they can do is put this on your credit history (and believe me, they've threatened me like crazy - I have not and will never pay them a penny).

By the way, has anyone actually seen this show up on their credit report? Or are they just full of threats to try and intimidate us???

Simply write a certified complaint letter to Alyon, Merchants Credit Guide Co. And the three major Credit Agencies. The credit agencies also DO NOT want to deal with (censored) as everyone notifies the credit agencies that you've been the victim of (censored), they won't put it in on your credit report. (that's merely my opinion)

Not to say that filing other complaints aren't important either. These (censored) need to go down. I've filed with at least 15 agencies (AG, FTC, FBI, BBB, etc.) and I even spoke with Jonathan Kraden at the FTC. (Bureau of Consumer Protection 202-326-3257). By the way, don't waste time filing with BBB, they replied and said there's nothing they can do about it.

Again, I think they're full of crap, and they are afraid because they knowingly screw people over. Only afraid people start making threats and hang up on you. And for all you believers out there, I know that on judgement day, they will wish they didn't waste their lives away. What goes around comes around.
