Buyers beware! Getsmokelessnow.com is nothing but a big scam. They took $99.95 from my bank account. They post on their website to call the 877 number or email them to cancel your order. The do not responsed to the email's or the messages. You have to leave a message because no one ever answers the phone. They lied and said I never emailed or called so therefore I am not intitled to a refund. They lied and said the kit was opened and used when I never seen the kit. When the postman gave me the slip to pick it up from the post office I told him to return it. Therefore I never seen or opened the product. They lied and told the BBB that I did open and use the product. LIE I paid did get a $40 refund but I paid $59.95 for NOTHING!
