Unauthorized charges taken from account upon registering

Like everyone else out there I made the mistake of being led to this website and falling for the scam. It all sounded to good to be true and so it was. I was asked to register and began the process with simple stuff, then I was asked for a credit card number and got a little nervous, did not see the $149.75 charge listed on the left in the middle of ad type stuff, I entered my info because I thought it was for the purpose of making purchases. Next I find out I was charged $149.75 for 300 bids worth 1 penny each, 1 PENNY!!! The equivalent of $3!!! Who in their right mind would do something like that?! I have sent my e-mail request asking for a refund and my account to be canceled only to receive an e-mail saying sorry but were not giving you a refund in a nut shell and that everything is listed in the terms and conditions if you have time and good enough eyes to read the small print. I am not going to stop trying to get my refund and I'm hoping this company will have the decentcy to step up and refund the money and make some changes to their website so that so many people out there are not having the same problem as I am. This is just a deceiving way of making money in a dishonest way!
