Rippoff! It took over a month to get me the order and there were missing items

Dottimart.com "Rip-off fraudulent company" Savannah Georgia. This is the worst on-line experience that I have had. After my purchase from this company it took over a month to get me the order. When I received it, it was a box filled with balloons, and a purchase order.

I opted for the charge back, and when I notified dottimart.com of the dispute, they did not care about the missing items; they called me an idiot and blocked my e-mail address from sending to them. They also said the consumer complaints are owned by a competitor.

With the vast number of sites you can shop to get the same products "Stay away from dottimart.com".
