Took advantage, disabled, falsely endorsed by top media networks, scam, liars, rude, mean, threatening, disappointing

Internet & Web

Im disabled and looking for additional income. I saw the website online and looked at the web page. I started to read and the first thing that I noticed was the many reputable news programs that seemed to be endorsing the business. I am not a fool and have owned my own business for eleven years and now I am going to school because, as i mentoned I am disabled.

It seems foolish that I fell for the scam, but it stated that I would only be charged a very small amount (two dollars and change). I signed up to receive the kit and waited. I did not receive any kit and when I looked online I was charged $67 and change. This alot of money for me and I called them to ask why I was charged for something that was only supposed to be a small amount. I had also written down that the program was free for 10 days and it had only been 8 days. I told the person on the line and they said that I had signed the agreement and that it was for three days and then i would be charged. I disagreed with them and they persisted. I asked to speak to supervisor and a woman came on the line. I asked to have my money refunded and went through the entire business with her.

The supervisor said that I had agreedto it and I said she had better return my money to me and that the company was a scam. She got very angry and said that it was not a sca and that i wouldn't get a cent back. She said she didn't care if I was the President of the United States, she would not refund my money. I than said well what are you going to give me for this large amount of money. She said that she would wave some fees and that it would not cost me anything to continue and that I would be making money soon and to call anytime for help.

The supervisor put me back with the original person and she said that they would send an email that would cancel any further charges and send another to get me started. I called four times to get the e-mail that they had promised me. I recieved it yesterday. I went online and tried to start. When I went online I was directed to clickbank. I have dealt with click bank and I know that they do handle many online businesses. I started the process and got to a certain point and could not figure out how to continue. This morning I tried to get back on the website and was brought to your website with many people who have fell victim to this scam.

If you can help me in getting my money back, I would be very grateful. These people need to be stopped and I think that a class action suit should be filed.
