EduIQ.com, took my money and disappeared. Their site is a phishing trap

I paid $89 for a software that www.eduiq.com/elearning.htm sells online. After I completed the payment online, the site simply lose any functionality, there isn't any online tracking login which they boasted, there isn't any email confirmation, they simply disappeared. On their webpage they specified the product is

Publisher: EduIQ.com Damjan Kriznik s.P., Slovenia Product ID: 188460

There is a 404 page missing on the site which claims for FAQ,

"For answers to frequently asked questions concerning orders click here."

Where can I get my refund!?
