Said i will be arrestd in 20 days if i dont pay back a payday loan, and only way to pay debt iw right now over phone with credit or debt card

This is the second call i have recieved in a weeks time. The first call said i would be arrested in 20 days if i did not repay a payday loan from some company i have never heard off. The guy said he was from the united nations legal dept and his name is matt johnson and he is a attourney. He kept trying to get me to say my full name as if he was reccording it. And tried to get my ss# and cell #. So i asked him if he was trying to scam me and he started yelling. He said the only way to pay this debt was over phone with credit card, i argued that i did not owe anything and was contacting the police. He hung up today i get the call fron this guy and when i aksed for a street adress, he only daid he was in new york, but loast week he was in florida. I think they are stealing websites info. I an concerened because today he had my ss#.
