Withheld $520.66 from paycheck for health insurance that never took effect, also failed to reimburse work-related expenses in excess of $3,000

This company "purchased" business contracts from my former employer, which is how I ended up working for NCC. During my 3-months of employment with NCC my job involved servicing printers throughout Michigan and northern Ohio. NCC failed to reimburse over $3,000 in work-related travel expenses.in addition, we were told that health insurance benefits would be effective on 3/1, for which $520.66 was withheld from my paychecks; this insurance never went into effect and I never received payment for that previously deducted premium. On 3/22 I received a call from my manager at 7:00 P.M. Advising that NCC was closing as of 9:30 P.M. That date. To date I have not received any of the money due, nor have I been able to get in touch with anyone at NCC.
