I purchased the internet telephony card from this company on Oct-11 for 20$, It was mentioned that using that card i can talk for 12000 minutes.

But i got surprised that card was over after using only 12000 minutes. I reported the promlem to company around 20-25 times, I called them but till date they have not solved my problem and looks like they are one of the most unprofessional people in the whole world. I want serious action should be taken against their Manager (Susan) because they are just cheating the people.
