Ripoff! I paid for it, but never received clip art CD

Earlier this year I purchased a copy of CD labelling software. I believe that in this package is where I found the offer for a CD of clip art for $4.95. Granted, this is not a huge ripoff, but being used like this IS annoying.

I sent my check back in July expecting to receive something in 2 months or less. When I hadn't received anything by October, I tried looking for the company online. I did find them in an online yellow pages, but they had no internet presence, and their phone was disconnected.
