Service interruptions

A lot of service disruptions. Wire, telephone, and internet out for just two hours nowadays, and 3 hours yesterday. Failures are way too typical - many monthly. Highspeed internet isn't usually quickly. Wire containers need to be reset 1-2 times each week once they secure. Wire containers get too much time to alter stations - insufficient running power inside them.
