Website like clientexec.com provide a discount to licensepal because they handle the billing for the licenses taking a burden off of them. One of the reasons companies like clientexec provide sites like licensepal.com a discount is because they won't have to handle billing disputes that arise because of the license purchases through licensepal.com. Our client purchased a clientexec license from licensepal and wasn't happy with the way the software worked. The software was ruled to be something the client couldn't use and a refund was kindly requested. A refund was not provided as licensepal.com see's it to be more important to steal $9.00 off someone rather than to keep the industry happy. Any lawyers in the United Kingdom area that are currently pursuing any action towards licensepal.com are asked to leave your information as we are sure this isn't an isolated case of fraud.
