System was slow and unresponsive. The system froze all the time and could not send out a mass email. Trying to conduct interviews on the phone was a nightmare because it took over 25 seconds to change screens. As a manager it did not log activity for the clients and the notes did not show up when reports were drawn. This created the illusion that employees were not working and greated extra work for the managers to check each client individually. I would NEVER recomend this company. Also the owner Asim Baim also owns a RECRUITING FIRM called COGNIZO!!! Talk about conflict of interest!!
