Internet Advancement - 4GreatBuys did not provide contracted services and ignored refund request. Ripoff!

I started using Internet Advancement last year. To make a very long story as short as possible:

They did not do any keyword optimization even after I brought it to their attention that they had not done so.
They sent me incorrect meta tags which slowed the search engine submission process on two separate occassions and only sent me one report out of the number I should have received over the amount of time with them on my site rankings. The stats even showed they were not doing what they were paid to do, and they never once came even close to meeting the site rankings that I paid for.

I WAS listed in 4greatbuys and still got emails from "Naomi" about joining. I was told that Naomi scans for sites that are at the bottom of search engine listings... So getting contacted by her repeatedly even though I was working with IA, only confirmed that they were dropping the ball.

To make a bad experience even worse, they ignored my repeated requests for a refund which I was legitimatly owed based on their stated terms and conditions required for a refund. I cancelled the credit card they were taking the monthly payments from several months ago and they have not even contacted me in regards to not getting their payments.

I sent numerous emails and made a lot of phone calls to these people over the past year to no avail. This was just my experience with them. Maybe someone else has or will fair better with them. I read on here a response from them that they service over 6000 clients... Then maybe it's that they are taking on more than they can handle effectively? Just a thought. You can decide if they are worthy of your marketing dollars. It wasn't worth any of mine.
