Semsim Worse customer service ever NA

This company sucks. I just recently called my bank to cancel the charge that I authorized them to take from me for the training materials that they never delivered.
I ordered these materials on Sunday (9/26) night only to receive an automatic reply stating that I would be given a registration code to unlock the program within the next 24 hours. The websites faqs say nothing about this wait so I replyed to every email adress I could find on the website to cancel my account because the study materials I wanted I planned to use as a cram tool for a test I would be taking the next day. No one has replyed to me yet, I haven't been able to get the refund or the materials as of Wednesday July 29th. I have sent them, at least eight additional emails over the last three days all to no avail. If you need to study materials. Do not use this company. They are horrible.
