Lone Star Comics
Never received the shipping and could not be refunded or get answers from their customer service

I live in Italy and Im a long-standing customer of Lone Star Comics since 10 years now, or even more... in May 30th I spent 320$ for a shipping (Order #053077261106), which I did never receive.

I should be clear on the matter: they sent the parcel and the parcel arrived in Italy. But, due to a delivery fault of one of the local (Italian) postal service (that they choose), the shipping has been never delivered to me.

The parcel has been sent back to Lone Star Comics in June 29th, as I informed them by eMail in September 3rd, being acquainted on the matter by the call centre of the Italian postal service they utilized. An exchange letters elapsed in August with their customer service but, since then, I didn't hear anything from their side.

They received the parcel back, Im sure about it.

A very similar situation happened at the very beginning of this year, and they solved the problem by refunding me the total price of the shipping. But this time they do not even answer anymore. As far as I know, the package must be insured. But since I cant get in touch with them

What I did not understand is why Lone Star service got worse and worse in with respect to the past?

I need your help on this matter. Can you support me for possible legal actions against Lone Star?
