$100 Gift Card Promised Six Months Ago Never Received

I have been waiting 6 months to receive a $100 gift card I was supposed to receive from Qwest. Originally they told me I would receive it within 4-6 weeks. I called after 8 weeks and asked about it and they said they had no record of it. I had to talk to a supervisor to have it entered in manually into the system but she assured me I would have it within 4-6 weeks of that date (July 27th).

It is now September 14th (7 weeks) and I just called back. The rep said that it was not processed until September 6th so now I am supposed to wait another 4-6 weeks from today.

I googled "Qwest gift card scam" and it turns out many other people are having this same experience and never receive the card. It's all a scam. I expected better from a well known company like Qwest and am calling now to cancel my account.
