Comcast - Bundle Package (East TN)

By heavens don't call for service when you have none because if you don't have a protection plan for 2.95 a month you will be socked with a $50.00 service charge even if the wire within their box was not connected... They don't cover wiring that is only covered under the service plan... And by all means if it rains, the wind blows really hard, snow etc. Any kind of weather activity we are lucky to have 2 channels come in... We get the "this channel will be available shortly" screen... How annoying is that. I am so pissed, no wonder people go postal!!! You have to deal with such crap in this world! I am now going to look for alternatives for my cable and phone services, not worth it to pay 160 a month and have shit service!!!
